OUR MISSION MARKET is now open for the season and will remain open through the fall months.  Please bring garden produce and baked items for the market.  Stop by the tables before or after worship and shop for your needs.  Donations will go to support World Hunger.   

THE CHURCH SOFTBALL LEAGUE begins Monday, May 14th. Our team plays at 6:30 PM on the north field (North 19th Ave. East fields).  If you are interested in playing on the FUMC team, please contact Rod Wright at 417-0359.  Fans: come and cheer on the team on Monday nights!

FREE COMMUNITY MEALS - Each Wednesday, our church, along with several others in the Newton community, offer a warm, delicious meal to anyone in our community.  The menu varies, and the weekly meals begin at 5:30 PM in our church dining room, located on the lower level.   Come for fellowship and a delicious, home-style meal!
